      <title>Twin Cities Bike Tour - New Date (10/10/2026)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The 2026 Twin Cities Bike Tour takes place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Wabun Picnic Area in Minnehaha Falls Park, Minneapolis, featuring 23.5, 38, and 50-mile routes for all skill levels.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Event Overview&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Twin Cities Bike Tour (TCBT) is an annual celebration of Minnesota’s bicycling culture, showcasing the Twin Cities’ premier bike infrastructure and scenic routes through Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Louis Park, Hopkins, and Minnetonka.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The event is organized by the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting cycling and supporting statewide active transportation projects.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Time: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Start/End Location: Wabun Picnic Area, Minnehaha Falls Park, 4655 46th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Routes and Distances&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Participants can choose from three route options:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;23.5 miles – ideal for beginners or casual riders&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;38 miles – moderate distance for intermediate cyclists&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;50 miles – long route for experienced riders seeking a challenge&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;All routes include multiple rest stops with snacks and refreshments, and courses are designed for safety, scenic enjoyment, and fun.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Registration: Recommended in advance to secure a spot and save money; advanced registration ends September 14, 2026.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Long Route Cap: 950 riders&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Fees: Non-refundable; registration transfers are not available&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Bike and Safety Information&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;All types of bikes are welcome, including e-bikes (Class I, II, III), tandems, recumbents, tricycles, cargo bikes, and kid trailers.&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Helmets are required for all riders.&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Participants should be familiar with their bicycles and follow etiquette reminders provided by the organizers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Additional Highlights&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The event is rain-or-shine, ensuring a full day of cycling regardless of weather.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Registration fees support the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota’s advocacy and infrastructure projects, helping improve cycling conditions statewide.&lt;/p&gt;

Hundreds of candles will illuminate a one-mile stretch of the Gateway trail beginning at Wildwood Elementary and traveling south.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 21px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 15px;" color="#080809" face="Segoe UI Historic, Segoe UI, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 15px;" color="#080809" face="Segoe UI Historic, Segoe UI, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"&gt;Stop by and say hello to board members from the Gateway Brown's Creek Trail Association as you enjoy the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;bonfires, cocoa, marshmallow roasting, and food trucks.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 21px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 15px;" color="#080809" face="Segoe UI Historic, Segoe UI, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"&gt;Parking is available at Wildwood Elementary School.
